When Jimbo ranted about the missed targeting call, which sack was he talking about? Is there any photo proof?

I think it was when CW42 trucked Frenchie and knocked his helmet off. No way.

Actually, the one he's talking about is when Kendall Joseph hit "Fran Swa" in the chest with a full run on a delayed blitz. The hit was HARD, but clean. Last time I checked. hitting a player in the chest with your head up was not a penalty.
Jimbo was just looking for anything. He should have been ejected for putting his finger in the Field Judge's face (repeatedly) and allowed to spend the remainder of the game in the locker room with #3 and #20 who had previously been DQ'd. And, he should be getting an invoice from NCAA and ACC for substantial fines.

What a cry baby! If we really go back and watch the tape and analyze each and every play I think most will agree that poor calls were abundant for both sides. Game over!

Maybe, but that blocking penalty call was horrible and game changing IMO...they at least get a field goal on that drive otherwise.

Did you watch the game? It was absolutely not a good call. Admitting that doesn't make you less of a fan and defending it just makes you look stupid.

Question for you. Did our guy get hit from behind and below the waist? Now look at the rule. End of story.

an illegal block. Couple of calls could be made such as block in back, tripping, both of which happen clear as day. Do you really not see it ?? Goodness I haven't seen such blatant disregard for a illegal block, trip or whatever else you wanna call.
Question, was the tackle holding Ferrell as he was beat and on way to sack of QB in the end zone ? Your answer is clear but no call made therefore no safety. Question, was defender grabbing face mask of DW4 that lead to sack ? Evidence is clear, Yes, yet no call.
Dabo handled it well and didn't blow up like a high school girl being dramatic. It was petulant and downright pathetic, grown man throwing a temper tantrum ??

You make the call, blocking below the waist, clipping or blocking in the back.If you can't see one of those, there's holding as the FSU player grabbed the Clemson player's ankle ,after his illegal block didn't take him down.

clip, block in the back, holding (on ankle), pick one. It WAS a penalty and the penalized yardage and down would have been the same as what was called.

Nope by rule it waseems illegal. And there were so many missed calls that crying about 1 or 2 is ridiculous.

The "blocking below the waist" call was correct (someone posted a link to the actual statement of the rule earlier today). Contact, albeit minimal, was from behind-- it doesn't have to be a "good" clip to make it a "clip." Furthermore, the blocker grabbed our player's foot and tripped him to prevent him from potentially making the tackle. So, at the very least, it was holding.
The great thing about the penalty was that it gave Dumbo an opportunity to truly show his a$$... and did he ever! Nice move, coach! Good example for your players on how loosing your cool never works to your advantage.

I have been on several sites this morning and actually very few whining about the call. Posting crap like this just makes you look petty.

get over yourself and realize facts as presented. You need to join another board and please quit calling yourself a Clemson fan, we don't need your dumba** in here being ignorant. Class, develop it and open your eyes to the truth!! Penalty without question and as Clemson says : NEXT!!

His head was up. He hit the qb and wrapped up driving him into the ground. Textbook tackle.

I think he was talking about the Joseph hit in the 4th quarter when they called Tank for PI. Joseph hit him square in the chest and knocked him out of the game for a play. However it was a clean hit because Joseph kept his head up, so he didn't lead with the crown.

Herb actually verbatim says "it's just a clean hard hit" about the play jimbo is pissed about. He was just sprinting at full speed and knocked the wind out of him. Jimbo is a pansy and has to make up stuff to pass the blame off himself. He is a hack
