No we are not. We might pull a good one here and there, but Texas will get who they want. Texas, Georgia, and Florida are all goldmines for recruiting and the big schools do not have room for everyone to stay home. We will win a few battles but not the war and that's ok. Our staff has done a great job evaluating talent. Example is Tait Reynolds. I remember when he was offered and this board blew up cause we didn't offer any of the 5 star QBs. Now look.

And I said we may win some. Your reading comprehension is not very good. Read my full reply. Also the thread title says "Is Clemson outrecruiting Texas in Texas?", well Quinn is from Georgia not Texas.

Well the article doesn't say out recruiting Texas in TEXAS...
We beat out Texas for the services of 4star DE Dre Quinn outta Buford, Georgia, but not in the state of Texas as the OP states..

Just for clarity , this post is in jest.
We are doing relatively well in Texas
I hope it continues since first and foremost my favorite position group are running backs.
If you enjoy scouring for players during recruiting the number of great running backs from Texas just jumps off the page.
But don't take my word for it , go to 247 , rivals , oN3 or any site for that matter and look up old classes and where a load of them come from .
All playmakers in actuality really but especially RBs.
