Yup, every assistant coach needs to be terminated immediately. And he needs to bring in a staff of competent professionals. He needs to start today. This season is lost. He can start building for next year right now. He owes it to the players, to the fans, to his own pride

If I am Dabo, I keep Reed, Eason, and Riley. I hire a new DC (hopefully LB coach), WR, RB, TE, OL, make Reed the Safety and CB coach and hire a ST and recruiting coordinator. Basically 6 coaches need to move on to greener pastures.

If we get rid of Wes, I'd love to make a run at the DC for Utah. That guy is really good, regardless of today's score vs Oregon.
I agree we need a new coach for the OL, DL, WR and RBs. LB and Secondary are ok, would like a new special teams as well. Strength and conditioning are another must.

I’d prefer a big name at DC, but if I’m Wes hearing calls for my firing, I’d be pissed.
The defense did more than their part today and has been good all season.
Some players have been let downs, but others have played at or exceeded expectations. There’s a list of issues but the defense is not one of them.
Offensively, we have to pay up for a top OL coach, hopefully one that can bring some starters with him.
Riley obviously can stay with playcalling responsibilities.
The RB recruiting is probably the biggest knock on Spiller. Hard to point a finger when the holes aren’t really there.
We should expect to lose more to the portal than years past and Dabo needs to adjust his loyalty to the current players in this new reality.
Frankly, refusing to aggressively upgrade talent does a disservice to everyone in the program and if an individual loses time because of that, so be it. If Dabo is the CEO, then he has a fiduciary responsibility to put our best team out there.
I think he will and obviously he can’t come right out and say he’s going to change course, because it will make a turbulent season even worse.
I’m still in the 98.5%, but this is the Murphy’s Law season from hell!
Here’s hoping we still have our best game ahead and can salvage a bowl game, at least for the extra practice.

and have the assistant coaches reporting to the coordinators rather than to him. That's the only way to get alignment between the positions.
