You're correct. It actually all depends on Tulane. I think we'll be ranked below them this week, so we'll be behind the Big Ten, SEC, Mountain West, Big 12, and American champions, which means we wouldn't make the playoffs. But we'd have to beat top ten SMU while they would only be playing top 25 Army at best. I don't think the NCAA would want the liability risk of leaving out the ACC champ with everything else going on.
