I get DJU is not an elite QB. But what did FSU expect? And honestly, I don't get the blame that is directed his way. He had more passing yards and a higher completion percentage than Haynes King.

If FSU's defense had stopped one of GT's touchdowns and the game was 21-17 FSU, the narrative would have been that DJU did just enough to manage the game.

DJU is what he is. People putting him on a pedestal in the offseason and then getting upset when he shows that he is who he always has been is not his fault.

Yeah, those sweep plays count towards his completion percentage and yards, which skews a lot of the stats. People tend to forget about those plays, which FSU did a good few times that game. Idk, I told everyone DJ is who he is. He's not getting better and he's more of a game manager than a put the team on his back kinda guy. Don't expect him to put up 300-500 yards and 3-4TDs in back to back weeks.
