goes for postseason. If what I read about them trying to steer us to Columbia is in anyway true, this is total crap.

I see nothing wrong with us going to Columbia. I will take it a step further and say all playoffs should be played at a site closest to each school. I never understood an ACC school getting a number 1 seed in basketball and going to the west coast. Play the games close to home and save money for the schools playing them and for the fans traveling to watch their teams play. Attendance would be higher and all end up making / saving more money.

who ever the host is except for the top 8 seeds. We might as well go to Nashville and play Vanderbilt. The dirtpeckers are 9-11 out of their at 20 games 5-7 for their at 12 games. I think it is time to go down and take the region we should won last year.

It's a fine line here, but basically they do. They own the tv rights to about all of college sports, meaning they make money ,especially by insuring certain match -ups. And one way to ensure certain match -ups is to make their position known on which match ups will ensure higher ratings.

Committee who decides placements. It absolutely has nothing to do with sec or espn. USC nor Clemson want to be in the same regional again and USC doeant want to match up with UNC's regional either. If espn controlled it dont you think they would want to save the greatest matchups for the CWS?

Do you think eSECpn has no business influencing recruiting?

Well, they do with every word uttered during any Clemson football game being covered with a rare exception on ESPNU from time to time.

pictures of the Gamecocks baseball facilities and noted that spectacularness of it all. South Carolina was not even involved in the game. What was that all about one might ask?

Do you think eSECpn should influence the Heisman?
May 27, 2013, 10:14 AM
|
|
Well they did CJ's senior year by never mentioning his name until after the Heisman was announced. Then they actually noted on more than one occasion that he may have been "overlooked".

Remember how they started pitching the rematch of an ongoing Alabama-LSU game two years ago as the game of preference for every American as though they speak for all of us?

We did have say as to where we might go-but didn't do anything with the chance to speak up.
