I figured the excuse would be because the result of the game would have no bearing on the Commander-in-Chief's Trophy. Not that that makes it ok to drop the game. Those young men deserve that recognition and the spotlight on them for one week a year if nothing else. Shame on Gameday. I'm glad it turned our to be an amazing, hard fought game.
