Weird twitter stuff out there, but no audio. My hunch is that he didn't actually drop the F bomb on an ACC radio show.

But I haven't even heard the interview where he mentioned needed a Finebaum show.

Semantics, but technically the off-the-record, "according to sources" from 247Sports is "Why can't we have a f-ing Finebaum Show?" So maybe that source didn't hear him say the full word, but I don't have personal knowledge on it.
