I know we’ve all been roasting your city for years, but I am offering a 2 week truce
No more jokes about poop on the streets and open air drug markets
No calling out the record levels of homelessness that magically disappeared for 3 days to welcome a Communist dictator
None of that
For 2 weeks, 99% of America will be 49ers fans but in return you MUST defeat the Chiefs
If you don’t, Mr. Pfizer and his girlfriend are going to tour the country as “world champions” helping elect Joe Biden
WW3 will likely follow in a 2nd Biden term and millions will die
The fate of the free world rests upon your shoulders
No pressure
(Got this off the Internets and thought it was hilarious and true)

If you can name a city with more than a 10,000 population that does not have a problem with homelessness, I would consider pulling for SF. If you could name any community of any size that does not have drug problems, I would definitely be a SF fan.
Truth is, since the days of Montana and Dwight Clark, I have always been a 49er fan and this year, I had 2 of their players on my fantasy team.

10,000???
Aiken SC Walterboro SC Greenville SC Spartanburg SC Greenwood SC
10,000 people is a pretty small place. I don’t know many places with under 100,000 people that have a homeless problem…

I've been to SF a few times about 12-13 years ago. It was awesome.

Now I can see and hear things from locals that prove to me it's far worse than it was when I went there and worse than other larger cities I've been to. That's part of the reason the 49ers moved out of San Francisco. They are closer to San Jose and silicon valley now.
Seattle is a similar situation. Spent several days there about 12 years ago and it was walkable and clean and beautiful. Now I am seeing things (No, not the news or on TV) that are very different in terms of homelessness and crime.

The company I just stopped working for last year is based just north of Seattle. Seattle has turned into a major _hithole over the last 18 years and shows no signs of improvement. The company I work with now just hosted an event for our Boeing customers in Mobile Alabama. For us here in the south, Mobile does not come to mind as the center of financial success, but for the Boeing folks from Everett, Renton, and Auburn WA it was a shock. I had a half dozen people tell me a different times that Mobile was striking in that they had been downtown for an entire week and had not seen a single homeless person. or they had not been hustled for money a single time all week and how refreshing that was. They assumed that every place in the USA is the same and it was a real eye-opener to realize that they have a massive problem of their creation that does not exist everywhere else.
Not that homeless people don't exist everywhere but Seattle, Portland, LA, San Diego, and San Fran have problems of their own making that dwarf what is happening in the rest of the country.

You make that a little more difficult. But still pulling for them I am.
