DUDE. That dock looks so cool! When you said you were hanging out on the docks, I was picturing a lawn chair on a boring looking dock but NO you have your own little Clemson oasis in your backyard.
My dad lives right by a lake and he has a small dock too but his dock is just a plane looking slab of planks with wooden safety rails on it. Yours is way cooler dock than my dad’s.

99% of docks on the lake are seldom used.
I use mine most days.
I have solar panels for electricity and for my water pump.
Mine is 24 years old.
My view is almost exactly 1 mile across.
It is a fun place for me to be.
