We are seeing it over and over in every sport... we are still successful, but the money and media and marketing will be harder and harder for us to overcome.

UCF will get more money for their conference affiliation than Clemson will. Sad
And hey Sterling! Long time

Have you been watching too many Big 12 social media people or listening to UCF fans The Big 12 teams get 31.7m after UT and OU left. Clemson will still get more than that. Big 12 doesn't even have a TV network!

Yep 2031 can’t come soon enough. We need to get out of this conference as soon as the time is right.

That is exactly why Clemson and FSU sued the ACC to get out of it.

When FSU officially announced they were going to sue the ACC the AD publicly said to the BOT (paraphrased), "When our major in state rival has 40 million dollars more in revenue than we will have then it will be impossible to be competitive with them. I did not say 'extremely difficult.' I said 'impossible'."
Clemson and FSU both recognize that in order to be competitive with SC and UF they have to have comparable revenue. And, they both know that will not happen while they are in the ACC.

to expand the playoff further..while of course making sure the acc only gets two auto bids in the process..still astounding how there is no anti trust suit there. they locked us into a bad contract then bury us in the process while fluffing up their other conference they have a deal with

All that matters are wins and losses and everything else takes care of itself.

Pretty sure he is talking about monetarily and conference bias. Not sure what you are talking about but financially, we are getting slaughtered by SEC and BIG.

Unfortunately when pay for play became the rules of the game it meant that money will eventually be the only thing that matters. The SEC and BIG didn’t secure those TV contracts so they could be on a level playing field with all the other conferences.
