Been to 3 games so far (including exhibition). Pleased overall with how the team is playing as they work out the rotation and roles in these early games. I know it’s still early, but don’t understand the lack of use of Asa Thomas in past two games. Played decent amount in exhibition game and looked good handling the ball and pretty sure he hit a couple of 3’s. But for past 2 games he sees only garbage time minutes, and only 5 total.
I know he’s not necessarily at OM Prosper’s level, but he needs to get into games when it’s still meaningful unless Brownell wants to lose another good player.

He is only redshirt Frosh. He will get minutes here and there when needed with his shooting. He is not going to beat out a future NBA draft prospect in Wiggins.
Get him ready for big minutes next year.
