ACC Network on Charter Spectrum in Greenville SC

I just checked my TV and the ACC Network is Channel 341 in Greenville, SC. We have the package that includes ESPNU, so can only vouch for it.

The ACCN is not available as part of the Select or Silver packages.
Subscribers have to upgrade to the Gold level package to get the ACCN.

I've been getting SEC Network in Select package since the beginning. I'll be most unhappy if I have to upgrade for ACC Network!!

I have the select package and I talk to customer service at spectrum and they told me I will have the accn even though when I go to channel 341 and says not authorized and I need an upgrade I told them this and they said I will still get the accn on Thursday I don't know I so confuse is anybody else getting the not authorized on channel 341

I'm seeing ACCN on 341 in Easley, and it's saying Not Authorized right now. I have the Silver Package.
I'll be extremely upset if Spectrum is going to make me pay all of that extra for the Gold Package for it given I've been getting access to the SEC Network with this package from the beginning.
I guess we'll have to wait until Thursday to know for sure. I know I'll drop Charter for Youtube TV before I upgrade to the Gold Package.

Yep. I had silver. Didn’t work. Upgraded to gold. Didn’t work. They downgraded me to silver. Migrated my service because I was a Charter customer. Didn’t work. Sending new boxes via technician after I told them I wanted just internet and cut cable. 4 days of calls. Smh

I am in Powdersville and the ACC Network is on channel 341 and is part of the select package.

By "showing," what do you see when you go to the channel? Does it say Not Authorized or something else?

Last Thursday, the 22nd, I turned on the ACCN (channel 341) and got either the "Unauthorized" screen or the "This channel will be available shortly with reference codes that changed" screen depending upon which TV/cable box I looked at. I called customer service and was told I was a "legacy" customer that started with Time Warner. I looked at my bill and it indicates I pay for the Charter Spectrum Select package and an additional Digital Tier 1 package. I get the channels in the Silver package as far as I can tell from the lineup, but that shouldn't matter because on their website it's showing ACCN is on all three: the select, silver and gold. The customer service agent said for me to unplug my boxes for 15 seconds and let them reset...so that the boxes will recognize what package I have. Didn't work. We had to leave town for the weekend. I got back yesterday and nothing had changed-I'd hoped Charter would have recognized the problem with us "legacy" customers and fixed it. No such luck, so we waited forever to speak with a customer service representative again. He didn't act like he was aware of there being any problems with customers getting the ACCN here in the Greenville Spartanburg area. He proceeded to have us again try and reboot our 5 cable boxes, which didn't do anything. So he said he was sending a "refreshing" signal from his end. Still nothing, so he put us on hold. When he finally came back on he said that the ACCN won't be available in our zip code (29673) until September 10th. He didn't really have a good explanation, or one at all, just that was what he was told. After I hung up, I'm thinking if there is any legitimacy to that at all why wouldn't they have the information readily available to the customer service representatives along with an explanation. I'm wondering if he just didn't have an answer and so he made something up to get me off the phone.

I had the same problem. Spectrum told me i was a legacy customer and even though i have the Select plan i still can't get ACCN without upgrading to the new select plan for $20 more. I said no way, and if i don't get the channel by Thursday i will be moving on to something else either Hulu, YoutubeTV or Direct Tv. Probably youtubeTV. Also they did tell me one thing as i was leaving. They have a little known plan called Spectrum choice which gives you all the locals and allows you to select 10 channels from their list, of which the ACCN is not on. So that won't help but may be useful after football season.
