CARY, N.C. (theACC.com) – USA Baseball today finalized the 26-man roster for the 2025 Collegiate National Team, which will compete in the 45th USA vs. Japan Collegiate All-Star Series in various locations across Japan from July 8-13.

Overall, the roster features 12 student-athletes from the Atlantic Coast Conference, ranking first of any conference. Team USA’s roster features 10 USA Baseball alumni, including Eric Becker (Virginia), Drew Burress (Georgia Tech), Jason DeCaro (North Carolina), Jacob Dudan (NC State), AJ Gracia (Virginia), Brett Renfrow (Virginia Tech), and Zion Rose (Louisville).

For Burress, this will be his third time representing the stars and stripes after playing for the 2019 15U National Team that won gold at the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) U-15 Baseball World Cup Americas Qualifier as well as last year’s Collegiate National Team. Becker, DeCaro, Dudan, Gracia, Renfrow, and Rose will also all be making their second appearance in a Team USA uniform, as they were all on last year’s Collegiate National Team.

Georgia Tech, Louisville, North Carolina, NC State and Virginia each have two players on the roster.

The 45th USA vs. Japan Collegiate All-Star Championship Series will begin with games on July 8 and 9 at Es Con Field in Hokkaido, Japan, at 4 a.m. ET/6 p.m. local. The next two games will be held July 11 and 12 at Hard Off Eco Stadium in Niigata, Japan, at 3 a.m. ET/5:00 p.m. local and 10 p.m. ET/12 p.m. local, respectively. The series will wrap up with a lone game in Tokyo at Jingu Stadium at 3 a.m. ET/5:00 p.m. local. Team USA leads the series with Japan 24-20 (Overall: 135-110-2).

The 2025 Collegiate National Team will be led by manager Andy Stankiewicz, and he will be joined by Rusty Filter (pitching coach), Omar Johnson (first base coach), Bill Mosiello (third base coach), Carlos Muñoz (bullpen coach), and Don Wakamatsu (bench/hitting coach).
