...and it ought to be wake up to the CBB haters! This team is good and way better than their record. A great game tonight with the epitome of Clemson GRIT. Fuel for the rest of the ACC schedule, to know that they can compete against the best on their turf!!
Great job Tigers...let's finish the season strong!!

Great effort- yes so how do we explain so many losses late in the game to teams that aren't nearly as good as Duke?

If CU would've won, would CU make the final 4?

Individual regular season basketball games just don't matter. Clemson wins tonight, Clemson still is a below average team. dewk loses tonight, dewk still is a tournament team. Brownell is a milktoast below average coach and a bad recruiter. 105.5 defends Brownell bc they have to.

That’s dumb. If Clemson wins tonight, not only does everyone on the team get laid but they break a 25 year losing streak at the toughest ncaa court in the country. Of course it would matter.

Well for one like I said it would have broke a 25year drought at Cameron. So we wouldn’t have to hear that crap from the announcers anymore.
Every win matters when you’re a fan of a team. It makes you feel good to see your team win. Just like it make the team feel good to win.

Clearly, if you wear a mask, then you’re covid proof while jammed shoulder to shoulder with thousands of people shouting, since that’s what the duke fans do, and they’re better than you.
I’d have been super aggressive going for steals and giving fouls with 38s left and only 4 team fouls, but I don’t know anything and brad is a genius, so I’m sure that would’ve been the wrong thing to do.
Team looked good. Entertaining game. Shame to lose to the rat man in front of all the shirt heads in cameron when we had a chance. Hopefully, tigers play at this level for the rest of the season

the season, it will be interesting to see Duke play here. They had 13 free throws with 11 made. Tigers had one not made. That will not happen at LIttlejohn.

Unfortunately, you are never better than your record says you are. That’s why we keep records.

Unfortunately at Cameron and the Dean Dome the refs are biased in favor of the home team. Well at least this game should give our Tigers much confidence and they can win a lot more games playing this way.

That's why we need a new coach. Brad seems content with a close loss to Duke. Sorry it's not good enough. You're an 11-9 (3-6) basketball team that isn't a tournament team. It's a mediocre team with a mediocre coach. You are what you are. I know that isn't going to make the BB lovers happy but it is what it is.

Probably another year added to coach’s contract after that close loss.

Great game! Tough place to play and a tough place to get any calls. Hard to believe we were only fouled once in the act of shooting. Duke sure does play good defense. “That’s happened here before too.” I hate WE lost but I sure am proud of the way WE played. WE didn’t back down. WE didn’t flinch. I’ll be in Littlejohn on Feb. 2nd to cheer for MY team. Go Tigers!

That's kinda where I'm at.... Went to the game last night. In person I didn't feel like the refs "cheated". (And I HAVE felt like we've been cheated many times before) I think the refs just "let them play". (Duke only shot 3 FTs in 2nd Half) And I think we benefited from them letting us play because we got some steals, rebounds that I was surprised they didn't blow the whistle.

FT’s 0-1 for the good guys 11-13 for Duke… And lose by 2. I did not watch but they must have played one heck of a game. Hopefully will give them a shot of confidence going forward.

So how many close calls without a breakthrough is it gonna take? Clemson has a proud Championship Heritage in many sports but basketball. Small schools like Davidson, Gonzaga, Butler can build Championship basketball programs. How? Oh maybe they can not only develop players but can manage all game parameters. Fire him Now
