an injured mafah running intot the back of white jerseys isnt going to get it done..rolling cade out giving him an option to throw or run should be first and foremost..second should be getting a back into the game that has a little bit of speed that can bust one open from time to time

Completely on wes and the special teams of Mike reed and Gilchrist. These have to be fixed. idc if you fire, hire, chew out, pray about it, sacrifice a goat, idc just fix it.

Something to ponder: our D does not have the talent or depth to stop Texas from scoring if our offense can’t get a few first down or score a few points in the 2nd half. We are at a talent disadvantage so we must play complimentary football. If our O lays a bunch of eggs (again), we have no chance. Our only shot on their home field is to pressure them by scoring points throughout the game. If we keep them on the wrong side of the scoreboard, they will eventually fold.

The defense held SMU to 7 points in the first half, then the offense's consistent failure to move the ball eventually took its toll on the d.

I anticipate Texas will use Arch Manning quite a bit

Given how Clemson has struggled against mobile QBs this year.
Ewers is good, but I'm confident the DBs will be able to force him into making mistakes.

Somebody has done their homework. We stack up with them exceptionally well. It's the best draw we could have hoped for. Texas D is statistically skewed. Keep in mind, Texas was just like us. We both played uga, both teams toughest opponent. Both lost.
The way schedules worked out for both teams is we both ended up playing the bottom teams in our respective conferences.. I predict we'll beat Texas about like uga beat them the first game. Scoring on Texas won't be a problem. The only concern is how well our D can hold up for 4 quarters. That's not me giving an opinion. That's fact based. Look for yourself.

The best we will see to date. Our D is going to have to play its best game. But this is college football. Anything is possible. Go Tigers!

how much will Dabo Riley score Georgia said Clemson did exactly what they thought our offense lacks creativity and a playcaller that's not scared to go for the jugular

Nailed it on the head. The offensive playcalling has no imagination and is predictable. Lost us 2 games this year and will lose this one too if it isn’t changed.

What is funny is, Texas is #1 in the country in turnovers created. But, they are way under us in turnover margin. So they get a lot of turnovers, but they turn the ball over a lot. We, through both discipline and luck, have not turned the ball over a lot this year. Could be a factor.

While true, we don’t capitalize on the TOs we get. Most of the time we get the ball back and go 3 & out. If our offense isn’t at least half competent by the time this game comes around, which I’m sure it probably won’t be, this could get ugly very quickly.
