with 3 losses to be in the 12 team playoff for the College Football National Championship. I can think of several teams that this is gnawing at and setting their hair on fire.
In regards to their well being all I can say is.............Hahahahahahahaha toughen up buttercup.

Not when we needed Cuse to pull through against Miami. We did not control our own destiny to get into the ACCCG, we got lucky. That being said, didn't matter how we got there, we won. We definitely are the odd ones out, with only ASU and maybe BSU being the only other teams that would not have gotten in had they not won their conference titles. Texas has be completely puzzled. I keep going back and forth between "They are gonna kick our ###" and "This is a team with exploitable weaknesses, that does not have the mobile QB to avoid our pass rush, we can win"

See the theory is flawed. We played 8 conference games and went 7-1. SMU was 8-0, and Muami was 6-2. Miami played its last conference game a week after ours. So if we had played Pittsburgh at say 8pm on the same day Miami lost to Syracuse at 330. We wouldn't have backed in? You know if Bama hadn't lost to Vandy, the Gamecocks wouldn't be whining about potentially being able to back into the playoffs because they lost to Bama and therefore didn't control their own destiny.. Backing into ACC Championship game when all teams played 8 games is really stupid and makes any sports fan sound like an idiot.

So you are saying a golfer that has 4 holes left to play and is 2 shots behind the leader in the clubhouse ends up losing by one stroke. So the leader in the clubhouse who played just as many holes and won by 1 stroke backed into a win? Sure it sounds just as stupid as us backing in. We played the same amount of conference games and only lost one. Miami lost 2. That's why you play the games. Some of you literally have no concept of sports.

We drove in, we just got done with the ACC schedule quicker than everyone else and had to wait on the toilets to flush!

Conference champs will get in going forward, they will not be given a guaranteed bye. Championship games generate millions of TV dollars and if there is no playoff reward for winning it, basketball has no more Cinderellas. Same principle.

The Zebras went above and beyond to gift them that GT game, and keep their Playoff hopes alive. Else, as it turns out, the much vaunted SEC CHAMPIONS would have three losses themselves.

I agree whole heartedly that the refs gifted Georgia the GT game....very obvious GT was better.....they did it to save the SEC the shame of there champion losing to a 7th place ACC team......i will point out though Georgia would have gotten in regardless because of being a conference champion...in fact the seedings may not have changed.
