For someone who just tied Frank Howard’s record, Dabo should know this. On the other hand, I do believe people are overreacting and Dabo has us on the right track.

You’re on the right track. It really is like 11.5% of the base, not 1.5%, that he was speaking to.
Imagine had he just told it - ‘folks, I love ya but you need to pull your heads outta yo a$$es and enjoy life. It’s not my job to provide ammo for your redneck mouth running. Try shutting up for a while and get back to me in 2026. That would help us recruit because you people suck.’
No matter how accurate he might be, mass defecation will occur at high volume for the know it all haters of Clemson’s best coach ever (and it’s not even close).
I’m really glad he showed the perps for what they are - an embarrassment to Clemson.
