No problem at all dumping on Brad...he owns this as the head coach.

But the veteran leaders of this team were embarrassingly soft. Those guys will have to wear this loss as a black mark on their otherwise great Clemson career.

It sucks for them after all their success, but thee is no sugarcoating how bad that looked. And the second half comeback doesn't erase it.

Chase with a goose egg in the 1st half is inexcusable

And while Brownell isn’t free of all blame, a 6th year senior should still burden a lion’s share of the blame considering he knew what was needed with his brother’s absence.

It’s the coaches job to prepare these guys. At the end of the day the blame falls on him. If this weren’t a recurring problem with Brownell I might be more willing to blame the players, but this has happened time and again under his leadership when winning really matters (tournament time).

The whole lot of them deserve all the dumping they get. Coaches and players. Another one and done peg in Clemson basketball history. Seems like about 10 times in my lifetime.

I believe there is something yo what you say. Look at Lahkin. When he got roughed up and struggled he always was red faced and didn't seem to handle adversity well. This team as a whole looked lost several times this season but managed to get by until tbey faced teams that were truly tough and matched their physical style of play. 2 looses against Louisville, 1 against Memphis, and then yesterday. Take choir boys to a gang fight and this is what you get. Got to get some Dudes that are mentally strong.
