Have some time watch 1st 10 mins of illinois state games both vs Kentucky and Indiana State.
20 pts and 15 rebs vs Kentucky and
19 pts and 12 rebs out playing center Avila aka Milk Chamberlin of Indiana State with 19 pts and 12 rebs.
Set the tone in 1st 10 mins of these games.

Like this guy's game a lot, he will fill that Godfrey type of role really well. He's a high level defender, fantastic rebounder, back to the basket kind of guy who plays much bigger than his 6'7" height would lend you to believe. Excited to see the combinations Brownell comes up with with the current guys and the 3 new big fellas.

Myles seems to play best vs their better opposition also had 18 pts and 15 rbs two years ago when he was at Monmouth vs Seton Hall. Below is that game.
Read where a lot of teams this past season at Illinois State in the Missouri Valley double teamed him inside on defense once teams figured out his reputation as a scorer and rebounder.
Teams can't afford to do that as much at the power 5 level.

With the potential for this lineup, Chase will look really good running the point and only improve his draft stock after another year as a Tiger.

well I hope so. This makes a lot of new guys to incorporate into the mix. I think returning if Chase ddoes will be both HUnters, Schief, and Wiggins of scholarship guys who played and everyone else is new.

Yes, this was the tall task we faced as soon as the NCAAT was over, and I think we have filled the dance card very nicely. I wish we could have gotten Cade Tyson to come our way but we've done very well as is.
