Should you not have to give the money back to prove you’re right?

I wonder if she stuck that bottom lip out that big when she lost on the balance beam?
At some point in her life, pouting like that worked.

Trumps newer attorneys are better than his previous ones

Trump has gotten much better with picking attorneys.
Todd Blanche is a stud.
There is an excellent chance that, because of yesterday’s proceedings, that this case will result in a mistrial.
BTW, Blanche and team set the table for Judge Merchan to whiff by overruling an objection from Team Trump before the start of Ms. Daniel’s testimony yesterday.
Then, during the testimony, Ms. Daniels went way off the rails in ‘volunteering’ salacious details that were beyond the questions posed by the State of NY’s prosecutors. Blanche and Team Trump’s lawyers objected occasionally, For much of Ms. Daniel’s testimony, Team Trump stayed quiet (did not object) while Ms. Daniels’ off-the-rails testimony ‘poisoned’ the jury. (This is the foundation for the mistrial.)
At the end ofnMs. Daniel’s testimony, Blanche / Team Trump approached the bench and told Merchan that they would be filing for a mistrial. Judge Merchan responded with a ‘no mistrial’ statement, supported by his observation that Team Trump did not voice objections often enough during Ms. Daniels’ testimony.
(*) Blanche and Team Trump then reminded Judge Merchan had, immediately preceding the start of Ms. Daniels’ testimony, that their objection to a broad based (off-the-rails) testimony would be prejudicial … but that Judge Merchan had overruled that pre-Ms. Daniels’-testimony objection by Trump’s team.
(*). In other words, Judge Merchan fire-trucked up, and he knew it.
(***). Merchan is crooked, so it is highly unlikely that he’ll call for a mistrial. After all, the objectives for the trial are to keep Trump off the campaign trail and to smear him. However, the mistrial will be obvious upon appeal. Whether the mistrial can be eventually appealed outside of State of NY court system, I don’t know.
(***). The punchline here is that Trump has learned from some of the mediocre legal services that contributed to the poor outcome in the first E.Jean Carroll case. Todd Blanche is very good.

Why don't you ever give a chit was he does?

It’s like winning an argument with your wife but calling her a “c” at the end. You won the battle but lost the war at that point.
Trump doesn’t have the connections he thinks he has, tbh. If Boeing whistleblowers are dying left and right, I don’t see how this woman is still breathing.

He payed off a #### star because she was blackmailing him saying she will go public about the affair if he doesn’t pay. Thats why the president payed off a #### star. Btw this happened in 2006 before he ran for president.

She’s was basically extorting/blackmailing Trump. Then the lawyers get together and come up with a price for a non disclosure agreement. Trump pays the fee, it’s marked as a legal expense (because that’s what it is🫢). Then, Bragg charges him with…. what exactly? What crime was committed here? None.
