Everyone calling Tom Allen just a decent hire are saying so simply because they don’t know the name as much as others. He checks all of the boxes when it comes to scheme, experience, and personality, and with time will be a great hire for us. It’s not going to suddenly be an elite defense this year — bad habits have to be fixed — but we are definitely moving in a good direction

Well, nationwide, a much greater number of people know who Tom Allen rather than some obscure NFL assistant that only that team's fans have heard of.
