Also the Senators who voted to confirm all of Biden’s tranny picks, including republicans, are the same ones saying they won’t vote for Trump’s picks.

I don't think that's necessarily accurate.
Personally, I like JD Vance and wish he were President instead of Trump.
I like several of the picks including Rubio, who you don't like at State.
Picking Gaetz and RFK Jr to me are very bad picks and I'm very dubious about Gabbard and Hegseth.
Why don't we do this the normal way and have the Senate vet these folks.
If Harris had won and put up Snoop Dog as HHS director and wanted it to be a recess appointment, the Pubs would be howling and rightly so.
Donald Trump has done and will do some things I approve of, but again picking Gaetz and Kennedy are not wise picks in my opinion although the only opinion that matters rests with the Senate unless they allow themselves to be neutered.

RFK is one of the best picks I’ve ever seen in my life. The crap that is allowed in our food is insane and he has been extremely critical of our failing health system and big Pharma.
He’s trying to get toxic chemicals banned from our food. Chemicals that have been banned in other first world country’s. Really not understanding anyone’s problem with that pick.
Rubio is the worst pick imo and goes against everything Trump ran on. He is an Israel first Warhawk. We need America first politicians who hate war.

Kennedy is a conspiratorial, anti-vaxx, anti-science kook. Gaetz is an unethical law-breaking POS.
As for Hegseth, he's not qualified to lead my son's Cub Scout troop, let alone the Department of Defense.
At least the first two of those picks should be rejected out of hand.

The picture selection was done by somebody on the right trying to make the point you're making.
The more important point is that RFK is an antivax loon who is very largely responsible for the deaths of nearly 100 kids and infants in Samoa because of his beliefs about vaccines, specifically the MMR vax in Samoa.
The other person...actually competent at her job, regardless of appearance.

and here is the kicker. 2 children in Samoa died from MMR vaccine because a nurse accidentally administered it a solution of Carisoprodol, which is what killed the children. He then personally flew himself over there and began his misinformation campaign, which yes, resulted in 89 deaths. Much Like I treat Tom, I will approach RFK in the same manner of skepticism, assume the opposite of what he says is true, and expect near-perfect outcomes.

The Samoan PM suspended the vaccine campaign due to the fearmongering from RFK and the anti-vax groups and individuals on the islands. Not Covid, since this was 2 years before Covid vaccines were developed. Measles, mumps, and rubella. MMR. That is the vaccine that wasn't administered to the children. And they died from contracting and succumbing to measles.
Had the MMR vaccine "had anything to do with it", likely all of them would still be alive today.
