Going through a divorce is like having a death in the family and will be the most difficult experience some will ever face. People that have never gone through an acrimonious divorce can sit behind a cold keyboard and not see the pain and financial ruins that one is left to wallow in. Hope your "funny" was worth it for you.

I agree, going through a divorce is not fun. I hate it for my son more than myself. My soon to be ex made her bed, so-to-speak. As a matter of fact, she made "it" in a lot of beds. I'm a lot happier since I have gotten over the hurt and pain and I realized, it was the best decision I have ever made. I hope she can find true love in her life and find the happiness she needs. Me....I'm doing just fine!!
Again, sorry if the joke offended anyone. My new love sent it to me the picture and I thought it was rather cute!! I added "divorce" to it, she didn't.

My attorney said the same. I disagree. We buried our daughter almost six years ago. That still hurts and there is nothing that totally heals that pain. Especially when this time of year comes around. In my case, I was the one who was cheated on multiple times and that does something to your inner-self I can't explain. But after yesterday, when we "bumped" into each other and she saw me with my new love, the look on her face was priceless. Dang right!! I have a better looking, classier young lady and I bettered myself.

Btw, I'm divorced and it was a pain in the @ss. It needed to happen and we are both better off as a result. The biggest step after separation is finding a healthy relationship and some formication. Sounds like you already have a lady.. Hopefully she's everything you've needed
