First thought when I saw the pic also. We need guys that will ###### the ball off of the defender’s helmet! Some will argue that you “coach” that but I’ve seen guys do that at the JV HS level

Our receivers have to start attacking the ball, and Cade should try to overthrow them and see which receivers go get the ball. The receivers that go get the ball should be starting!
Cade has to put it out there for them. We cannot survive as a run only offense, passes downfield have to work!
Go Tigers!

The message board is 99 % negative today. If you guys are so negative , you should find another team to follow like Georgia or Texas. I plan on watching Clemson destroy Appalachian State this Saturday night. They will look like a top ten team because it’s not the number ONE team on the defense and a Heisman Trophy candidate at Quarteback. Have a good day, I am retired and doing whatever I want to do.

That picture says it all...Randall not extending his arms to "high point that ball"-he's literally hoping it comes into his chest...perfect play to use as a coaching moment

I do wish that all these folks that is so concerned about Dabo and his team, please, please, I beg you to go and beg Dabo for a coaching job. They should just tell Dabo if they can't fix all these problems that they see happening with his team, that he wouldn't have to pay them a penny for trying...

I was saying the same thing live. Tee Higgins, Mike Williams, Amari Rogers, Justin Ross, Hunter Renfrow, Sammy Watkins, Nuk Hopkins, Deon Cain, all them bots used to extend their arms and rip balls off the defenders helmet. These receivers now expect it in the basket and for the defender to just sit back and let it go by.
All that said, I can't wait to see Wesco and TJ get more playing time. Let's see them extend!

Uh…the photo in this article is a good example. Randall is gator arming it instead of using his height to extend his arms and make the catch. Tee Higgins catches that pass 9 times out of ten.

If you recall the Ga defender was holding Randall’s arm down plus the ball was not thrown high enough to high point. Having said that Randall had a bad game.

This picture says it all. Going for the breadbasket catch versus getting your hands above your shoulders to go “get” the ball at it’s highest point. Gone from 90/10 to 10/90. Sad.

Yep. Since the last of the Jeff Scott trained WRs were done at Clemson that’s the technique we’ve seen. Yes, Scott had a role to play in the recruiting of some of the carryover receivers (ie Ladson, Ngata, Collins, Aju, etc), but in December it will have been 5 YEARS since he last instructed a Clemson receiver on the practice field. It should also be noted that every receiver regardless of star rating arrives with HS level of experience. Only the rare thoroughbred Sammy Wakins defied the need to be developed into a productive D1 receiver as a freshman.

This picture speaks volumes about the poor WR coaching. Look at Randall's arms. 'Nuff said.

Ok the ESPN analyst zoned in on the "O" Line for Offensive Issues....Truth the "O" Line Faired Pretty Well considering GA has the Best "D" today. No mention of The Root🌞 Carson Beck was A Threat Boston College's QB was A Threat..They Both have the Same Inner Competitive Drive that Only comes from Pure Love of the Competition🌞 We have "One" QB who IS That Way and his initials R TP🌞 Do Not Understand the QB philosophy for 5 years now🤔

When you lose, everybody has an opinion. Instead of saying Georgia is an elite team beginning with their QB, they feel they need to say something. Maybe Paul Finnebaum can print up some T shirts for his fan club. So when Clemson wins big, what will they say?

I am tired of these “talking heads” who seem to know all there is about football and even worse they are talking to “airhead” Dinich—go figure.

If the roster talent on both teams then it will be close and app state would have a chance. If the talent level favors Clemson then it’s not close. Anything thing different it will be about the coaching. GO TIGERS
