I know how some, not the majority, like to complain when the Tigers lose a baseball game regardless of winning that particular series. Evidently, the baseball team is supposed to win every game. Let’s put things in perspective #14 Ga Tech goes to lowly Miami & gets swept. That’s right they lose all three games. Guess who is now alone at the top of the ACC standings ? That’s right, Clemson. So I think all us baseball fans need to appreciate how well this team has played this season. No body likes or wants to lose, but I think we all could give this team a little benefit of the doubt. They have been pretty consistent. They just keep winning series & that’s all they need to moving forward. As long as they don’t have a disaster weekend like Ga Tech just had they are fine.

We're in good company because only Texas hasn't lost a series or had a losing record in early season tournament. The most vocal whiners about every loss are the ones who don't understand baseball.
It does get harder the next two weeks. Will need to hit better against two good rotations.

I would posit that even if we did have a bad weekend like the Jackets , we're still a verygood baseball team.
All have faults , but we tend to focus on our own as if they're stand-alone.
Clemson is playing very well in 2025. Clemson has a shot at winning the ACC , and yes...a legit chance at Omaha .

You do understand this posts was about how the Ga Tech series affects Clemson standing in the ACC? So it’s about Clemson as much as GA Tech. Do you even read the posts? Clemson doesn’t play in a vacuum so results by other teams can an impact on Clemson both in a good way or bad way. You would think anybody with a basic understanding of sports would get that, but apparently not everyone does.

Unfortunately… no some don’t understand that what others do (especially) in our conference absolutely matter to us and affect us.
He says he only cares about Clemson and wants to be a smart @ss yet he took the time to read the title… click on it… and post that he only cares about Clemson.
Some people don’t understand how stupid and ridiculous it makes them look.
And yes we have plenty of haters here that claim to be Clemson fans yet all they do is put down the team that hasn’t lost a single series… is 35-7… sitting in 1st place in the ACC all by themselves… and is ranked in the top 5 of every poll.
Think how stupid and ridiculous you have to be to complain about a BASEBALL team with those kind of numbers. Just smh

It’s HARD to win on the road! Look around every weekend series in the ACC or SEC and road series wins are rare. Tough environments and good teams.
We need to go in to Raleigh and take the series and keep on rolling. NCs is a good team but we are better.

I thought FSU is still a half game ahead of us in the standings. I don't know how the cancelled series with Virginia affects things, but I didn't think it mattered as they still have a higher win percentage, but less games played.

I think they would be ahead of us, with that being said, we can pass them if we keep playing well and beat them in a few weeks
