Feeding and observing birds and critters is a hobby that I enjoy.
Unlike some I even feed squirrels as they are endless entertainment.

On the porch right now with Joe Cocker playing too loud.

I have a lot of money and time in my critter feeders, more than most.
I have bears. Bears do what they want, a fun force of Nature.

I have the gear to bring down bears, or like some here my beautiful Doves --> but I don't.
Deer run free in my yard, I don't need a stand or a baited field to murder one.

Speaking of beautiful doves. Had two build their nest in one of my hanging ferns. Has been spectacular watching and seeing the baby dove develop, and get encouraged to leave the nest. One of the parents got in the nest yesterday and picked it apart. Youngster flew out this morning to a magnolia limb. Parents watched from our roof and suddenly they were gone
