Yes he is, and when only two of the three services are rating him as a 3 star, it makes me wonder what the h&ll were they looking for before rewarding the 4th star!!!

Maybe where he's camped or not. Could be the league he's in... idk, but he can beef up, but the wrap up and speed is something you either got or you don't. I bet Tom is telling them we need this guy. He'll have his pick.

… it’s become obvious to me that as long as Clemson is in the mix, he’ll keep a lower ranking than he would if Clemson is no longer an option for him … 😉
