Think he might want to be a part of Clemson baseball? He's losing all of his good pitchers this year.

a coach that recruits HITTERS, that teaches how to cover a base during a stealing attempt, someone that teaches baserunners not to get picked off, a coach that has players understand that when there is a guy on 3rd and less than 2 outs just hit a fly ball.... get the runner home;a coach that will leave a hitters stance alone if that is how he is comfortable

I have no clue who would be a good HC for Clemson. I would hope that our AD has been researching possible candidates to take Jack's job as Head Baseball Coach. Since Tim Corbin, HC at Vandy, is Jack's best friend and 54 years old. I would be shocked if he would be interested in the position at Clemson. He has a great set-up at Vandy.

Former player and assistant and he is the winningest coach at both of his college stops (Vermont and Fairfield). Throwing it out there. You can forget DRad making a homerun hire. That's one I could live with.

Would he be able to pull all those Midwest diamonds in the rough down south? Louisville is a lot closer than Clemson. Otherwise he'll be trying to start from scratch recruiting in the Deep South which is already hotly contested. Would like somebody with some kind of tie to this program so we can hold on to him if he's succesful. I think continuinity has been a huge key to our success. I really hate it that things haven't worked better to turn the keys over to Bradley. I really believe that's what he was brought here to do.

I think he'd be worth taking a risk on. He played and coached at the Citadel so he knows the areas. Guy is proven he can recruit and develop talent. IMO our biggest issue is lack of development. JL can only do so much. IDK what Pep has done to stay employed. Love Harbin but he's not a coach, yet. I respect Lecroy but his first HC can't be a program like CU. Sully would be a fool to leave UF and I don't think Corbin would sniff the job.

Monte Lee current College of Charleston coach! David Hood did an excellent article today and included him along with some other Coaching possibilities. BTW: CoC is playing Clemson tonight and the record is 17-1 (Tigers) according to the local news.

Monte Lee would certainly be an excellent coach but with zero ties to this University if he's succesful I also see him treating the job as a stepping stone. Would really like a guy we could lock up. O'Sullivan certainly fits the bill if any of these rumors about his wife are true.

Going with Corbin too. And we have a lot to offer. I think we tend to under sell ourselves sometimes. Clemson is an awesome place to be!

He'll work the double switch. Bakich to Vanderbilt for Corbin to Clemson. Everybody wins except the Coots.

Rick Heller from the University of Iowa. Check out his career, but it might be hard to get him out of the Midwest..
