1. Cade looks ripped with that throwing arm in that photo. Dude has clearly been putting in the pain.
2. What an incredible example he is showing in his actions and words. The sky is the limit for this kid, and we still have more than half a regular season left so as they say, "the best is yet to come."
Go Tigers! Go CK2!

My question is, how does his performance rate a B- when we had 7 field goal tries, and to me that was 7 times he failed on 3d down to get the 1st down in or close to the red zone!!!

Granted we should have gotten into the end zone more BUT over 500 yards, 29 points and no turnovers, warrants a B-. Special teams prevented us from an additional 6 points.

I agree. Good Lord so many that just have to be negative about something all the time. We have great players and a real football team that supports each other. Even the guys who have left like DJU. He was a great guy. Like you say “Shut up already.”

I agree it really does seem that people have a hard time looking at the positives in a game. Clemson dominated the game. Sure it would have been nice to see more points but dadgum the defense complimented the offense. These are the kind of games that good teams win. Wasn't pretty at times but this is not last yrs team. Consistence execution wins football games. Go Tigers!!!

No TDs after Q1, and no passes in the fourth quarter. My first reaction wasn't very positive but having slept on it, I understand Dabo ran it the way he wanted to, kind of like the coot game last season. It wasn't so much a lack of execution as it was the strategy employed, so we take the victory and look for next week to be more like what we have seen in the 3 games prior to FSU.
I realize now that Dabo was less concerned about making a statement and more concerned about getting out of Tally with a win.

What game did y'all watch? Wesco was in a lot and so was Moore. We played only fair on offense. We had 500 yards in offense in a fair game. I am a happy Clemson fan now.

As any coach should be. You think Alabama would be unhappy with a 1 point win yesterday or Tennessee or Michigan or the real USC

Wesco is an exciting prospect that has already done some great things.
That said, he drops too many passes. When he gets that fixed, and packs in a bit more muscle, then 5he sky’s the limit.
I expect Wesco to be a true star starting next year.

IDK why people don't understand that if one of our starters gets injured we need someone with experience in the playbook and has proven it on the field during a hot game.
The playoff committee does not respect a blowout. Games' final scores are the least part of their selection process. We have statement wins now we just need to remain busisness-like and win the ACCCCG.
Why do you thing we blow teams away at the end of the seasons?

A win is a statement. Who gives a rip if we beat them by 70?
Norvell is down to play dirty. No need getting our boys hurt after we’re firmly in control against a truly lesser opponent who has nothing left to lose.

Very mature attitude and honest assessment of the offense. I know they will watch the film and work on some things, and I expect them to look a lot more efficient and explosive next week against Wake.

I just think Dabo was trying to toughen up the team because he knows he’s gonna have to win some games later in the year by lining up and just running the ball.
I did not like CK running the ball late in the game after he had his bell rung earlier.
Dabo clearly called off the dogs in the second half. And the play callingwas very different

“I did not like CK running the ball late in the game after he had his bell rung earlier.”
Right on. Those play calls are an invitation for disaster.
CK2 should run when scrambling opportunities arise. Maybe once on a rare occasion a RPOish play call that is either a QB draw or an out-route pass.

CK is a Class act. Great guy to represent Clemson. He’s quietly moving up the record books already. Crazy to look at him already being Top 10 in several categories and he’s just getting started.
