What the he** is the matter with some of you? Why be in favor of this? I really don’t get it.
If you want bad news on Deshaun Watson related to his sexual misconduct, just look at another news outlet.
Stop bringing it back here on purpose. Yes we want to forget it, so let’s move on.

YES! I am better off now that I know there are people out there that want to literally kill Deshaun Watson.
These people are trying to stray away from my point and claim I can’t handle bad news.
I see bad news on the actual news all da*n day. You can’t miss it. It’s in front of your face all the time about everything. Doesn’t matter if you can or can’t stop thinking about it.
You just don’t need to put that bs on here for us all to know.
I did not want to know Deshaun Watson was receiving death threats before the 2024 season.
Especially when you tell us 2 weeks ago about death threats all the way back before the season.

We know. The perception people have of Deshaun won’t be the same and his life will continue like this. Unless a judge is put on national TV and tells us Deshaun is completely innocent.

Yeah..Clemson athletes in the pros is still Clemson news. Kind of like how we had a story about Trevor Lawrence with his new infant or how we got a story about DeAndre Hopkins in the Superbowl. Deshaun is still Clemson news and always will be.

They literally could be writing about endless things everyday about Clemson.

They report news that is related to Clemson athletes. So what you are saying is that you want stories that make you feel better? Sometimes you will get those. The news doesn't always cooperate. Sometimes there are feel good stories and sometimes there is bad news.

Were you mad when they posted an article about Brent Venables leaving here to coach at Oklahoma? I mean, by then he was no longer a Clemson employee, and it wasn't good news for us. By your criteria that shouldn't have been written. What about Goodwin being hired at Oklahoma? Blasphemy!
A few weeks ago there was an article about a former player passing away. That made me sad. Snowflakes don't like to be sad. Shame on TNET for reporting that news!

DW’s bad news is news and unfortunately, he brought it all on himself. I hate it for him and the bad decisions HE made. You probably don’t want to hear or read that the Brown’s decision to sign him to their contract will go down as the worst in NFL history. Loved him as a QB at Clemson, the last second pass to Renfrow to win the Natty will forever be the best/most exciting play in memory. However, he’ll always have a dark cloud over himself for p’ing it all away in Houston .. the “Houston DW” is not the same humble DW that played at Clemson ..
Please continue reporting the news. Those with issues with the truth can choose either not to read it or keep their heads buried in the sand. Sometimes the truth does hurt.

The fans weren’t happy he was going there initially, now, their best players are wanting out because of the tremendously bad deal Cleveland put together. Their fans should be p’d at their ownership for putting together the contract, not DW for signing it. I do not fault DW for signing the contract. The “dark cloud” over him is him having to sleep in the bed HE made for himself.

DW is a Clemson legend and as such, notable things about him, good or bad, are of interest to most Clemson fans. It’s easy. If you see a headline you’re not interested in, skip that one and go to the next. I do it all the time. I have zero interest in the daily “what’s for dinner” posts but some people do. To each his own. Censorship is never a good thing IMO. Selective reading or entertainment is.
