Nice to see the optimism surrounding our program.

It would be nice to see a move back into the top 10. If we can get there and stay there, it will represent a new level on our ascent back to being one of the nation’s top programs.

Hard to not feel good about our chances next year. Offense has a lot back and a QB that I believe will be excellent. Defense has had the talent and just lacked the leadership and guidance — we have that now. If only we could find a punter

I've never liked pre-season polls. Anyone remember when southern cal was pre-season #1 and didn't finish the season ranked? Ranks the teams after week 5...that way all the "hype" is gone and it seems to be more of a true ranking.

I don't get the Siuth Carolina optimism. Sellers is a all right QB but nothing in his stat line suggest taking South Carolina to another level much less being a Heisman contender. Is it just me or if he were in any other league he'd be just another QB? Yes I can't stand SC so are my orange tinted shades clouding my perception of him? The saddest part is having to discuss it for another 7 months. South Carolina was decent bc of their defense, period and they lost a number of contributors on that side. I know they won but just based on rosters and roster retention no way SC should be ranked ahead of Clemson like they are on On3 where they have them at #8. Do these guys do zero research? I guess that's a dumb question.

I think your question is the question of the century. Sellers numbers constantly improved during the last 6 games of the season. I've never seen two QBs battle it out like this year's palmetto bowl. Both QBs put the game on their back and played their guts out. Plus, SCAR won their last 6 games and beat like 4 top 25 teams and some of those wins were on the road.

Personally, I think Klubnik is underrated by the media. The kid is a baller, no doubt. The first game of the season didn't do him any favors.
