I hate this for DW4. That’s a tough injury, but Aaron Rodgers came back from that and he’s much older.
I hope he can finish his career in a good way.
At least, he’s set for life financially if he uses any good judgment at all.

He hasn’t been the same since the time off after the scandal. The contract he has with the Browns will go down as one of the worst contracts ever signed in pro sports. Good for DW4 but awful for Cleveland.

Hate to see any player with a season ending injury, especially DW .. he hasn’t been the same since leaving Houston. At least if he manages his money ..this season’s salary (46 million) and 192 million over the next three years …he and his family are set for life..

What a bunch of jerks. First the fans cheered his departure and then so called Clemson fans are non-caring about the career of the guy thst led our team to its first natty since 1981. That the same uncaring attitude that is destroying the fabric of our nation. All I can think to say is get a life. Act like he’s your son and think how that must feel. Evidently, some of those posting here are perfect.

I couldn’t agree with you more! Regardless who the player is, it is awful that any fans would cheer when a player gets injured! I wish DW4 the best with his recovery and kind of hope he decides to retire. He’s been through a lot and just needs to get out of the public spotlight.

It is shocking the amount of hate the fan base has for him (Browns) and then to see it trickle over into the Clemson fanbase is disgusting. There are a bunch of "what have you done for me lately" people on here. How quickly they forget how much he did for this team. I hate what has come of this younger generation . Truly heartless people.

He is playing worse than the backups this entire season so your comment is moot. The front office has no integrity and does not like admitting they were wrong. I hate that DW4 went to that team. He will definitely be back though and I will be there for it, cheering him on because he is Tiger family.

Cheering for someone blindly just because they graduated from Clemson is a bit strange.
I was big fan of DW's, but it's pretty clear he has a problem. I was hoping he'd be Clemson's first great NFL QB but unfortunately his career has been derailed by injuries and personal transgressions. Probably best that he just take his money and retire. He was a shoe-in for the Clemson Ring of Honor, but now it may be a while before he's invited back officially

So because he hired escorts and they all did EXACTLY what they were hired for then because they are all upstanding people they decide to try to cash-grab he is a horrible person? That is literally what he hired them for, a happy ending. They all knew what the objective was when he called them and that they are nothing more than legal prost!tues but he is bad for being a man? He did not gRAPE anyone and he did not assault anyone, had he actually done it he would be in jail. He did nothing differently than anyone that goes put to a bar to pick up women, he just paid for it to speed up the process.
