From a personal experience I'd say Dabo was the one taking up all the time. If you are engaged with Dabo in an environment where you have time to si and talk for a few minutes, he doesn't care about anything outside of that room.
Me, my family my best friend and his family were outside Dabos office waiting to go in. The door opens and out comes #2 RB Isaiah Crowell. Sitting near us in the lobby was #5 TE Eric Mac Lain and his Dad. We go in and Dabo treated us like we were the only people on the planet. We stayed in for about 15 min. I thought we were going to leave and Dabo says hey yall haven't seen the West Zone have you. It was all new at the time. So Dabo takes all of us on a guided tour. Unbelievable time. Then we went back in his office for another 15 min.
BTW Eric Committed about 5 days later. He and his Dad are pure class.
Dabo has that aire about him that when you have his attention you truly have his attention. He is just a genuine person and a class individual.

I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with Dabo a few times and he’s always engaged with the person he’s with. He’s not looking around to see who else is around. And THAT is impressive, and appreciated.
I don’t believe Dabo would burst into a room where another coach was talking to a recruit, so it has to have been Kirby that interrupted.
