Mafah could easily have 150 rushing yards per game with more playing time but I get it.
Keep him healthy and our other backs all need more experience.
There will be a time when one or two of them are counted on.

Happy to see Dabo give the play sheet to Riley and our freshman play.

You do understand that holding a play sheet like most head coaches doesn’t mean the OC isn’t calling the plays. Do you really think Dabo would pay $2 mln for an OC and not have him run the offense? I don’t know where people come up with these conclusions.

When I saw the same patterns of play calling dating back to Tony and Skreeter, yes, I felt like Dabo was calling a lot. The last 2 games, formations were more varied, pre-snap movement is different and overall play selection by down and distance were different. That tells me another hand is guiding it.

Still need to work on the receiver blocking on the outside, IMHO

Here's where our opponents thus far are ranked for defensive efficiency:

Georgia #9
App State #123
NC State #115

Doesn’t matter. We beat the best team since the 85 Bears in the NC game. By four touchdowns. Statistics don’t mean much,

So, we’re including NFL teams here or is that just snarkiness on how the talking heads were pumping up UA prior to the beatdown?

(except for the horrible offense we had for Georgia) App State and Nancy State have played the "best offense" in College Football. Of course there defensive #'s are skewed. Just think if our 1's had played two halves against them?!??!?!!! I love this team. Dabo's done a #### of a job! Go Tigers!

No doubt this is fantastic. No doubt the young guns with the deep threat are opening up our offense. No disputing cades throwing a good ball. But we've seen him make nice plays before. Our oline was a mess last year, and the play calling was generic as it wasn't much change from 2022 to 2023.

No denying the only reason we went on a 5 game winning streak was the result of simplifying the blocking scheme and just out talented everyone because we knew the defense was so good.

However, I do temper my enthusiasm because of the uga game. Plenty of teams have looked like the number one offense with their app st equivalent opponents.

As excited as this is, and will continue to be thoroughly enjoyable, it's a bit disappointing too because we really may not know just how much we've progressed until the Louisville game, if then. So a part of me is disappointed because I'd love to be playing a top ranked team in the next two weeks just to know how much we have progressed.

I guess a lot like Tennessee. Everyone, including their ranking said they were good... but there were still skepticism until they played Oklahoma. If any of this makes sense. 🤷‍♂️

None of these stats mean anything. The only stat that matters is the score when the game is over. The Tigers have won the last two games and have looked pretty good doing it. Let’s enjoy it and hope it continues.

Playing the starters late when the score is out of tilt is a tactic for thug programs in the SEC or Heisman pump farce teams like Ohio St and Oklahoma

I would agree that Nohio St and Michigander are definitely Heisman Pump teams. The SEC scum have always done this. Leave your starters in and run up the score. Nothing more that poor sportsmanship. Clemson displays the Heart of a Champion but also gives young players opportunity that "Portal Teams" will never comprehend. They don't want to build and develop talent, they want it all - RIGHT NOW! Like spoiled children who can never have enough of anything.

It's not just our " offense ".
It's how our offense is performing

At one point we had 12 consecutive TD drives

Said drives were explosive scores in just a few plays into the drive. That gets your attention.

Remember Morgan Thomas' chart after the Georgia game ? It was abysmal. There were zero attempts in the middle of the field. The completions Cade did make were of the 5-10 yard variety on the perimeter.

Well , you can throw that chart in the trash.

I think we can all agree Tennessee is an impressive offense right now.

Compare our performance against NCST to how Tennessee played the pack.

It's not much but it is one metric to look at. We blew NCST off the field in relatively short order. It was over in the first quarter.

Tennessee won convincingly also but it took much more effort.
