I do not care one bit what all the heads talking would have to say if we only win by One point, I will be happy if our Tigers only win by just one point, and it won't matter how they twist it as long as we have a W in the win loss collum against NCST...

While I can agree a W is a W, if we win by 1 against the Pack would be disappointing. It would mean they played much above their capacities & we played down…way down
I’ve seen their games and they are NOT GOOD. I’m hoping the App St game was the Offensive coming out party and this game should not be close

it means either A the offense against app state was a fluke and we are still struggling thus winning a low scoring game. or B the offense was not a flue but the defense allowed a garbage team like nc state with a horrible offensive line to put up points on us to win a shoot out.

If we win by 1 point it will be better than last year. I’m fine if we win every remaining game by 1 point.

I'm fine with winning every game by one point too. But what I'm saying is a weak performance against a weakened State team is a likely indication that our O has not made the progress we hoped. I think they have though and expect a comfortable win against State.

Who else is out for them besides McCall to justify the big change? I did not see much difference between him and the FR QB against LT.

Clemson's passing game smoked App State last game and this game will be no different. NC State has a bad pass defense (ranked 100th) and Clemson's pass offense is currently ranked 25th in the country so look for Clemson to take advantage of this mismatch. Although Clemson's pass defense isn't very good either at 102nd in the country, NC State's pass offense is dismal at 82nd in the country. Some of Clemson's poor showing on pass defense is due to the second and third team defense being in the game the entire second half of the App State game so I expect the Clemson defense to shut down the NC State offense and their back-up QB which is ranked 102nd in total offense. Final score: NC ST 21 Clemson 43. Nuff said!!

My Heart cannot take them 1 point wins. LOL We need some more comfortable wins this year, like the AppState game. Two years ago during the Syracuse game my wife had to call 911 because I thought I was having another heart attack. I know it is crazy but I get so mad when they play like crap! SMH
