Y'all remember Quincy Wilson? The 16-year-old phenom who ran for the US at the Olympics last summer? I just realized he and Connor Salmin are high school teammates at Bullis! Notice the whole family wearing track & field shirts in the pic? Connor was on their sprint medley relay team that just set a high school national record 2 months ago! (And Wilson wasn't even on that relay.) He ran the first 200m leg. It looks like indoor from this season is all he's done to this point, but the numbers are very good. His PB's are: 6.35 in the 55m, 6.86 in the 60m, 21.24 in the 200m, and 33.73 in the 300m. This guy is fast. And he's still only a HS junior, so those times are probably gonna get even faster. I really hope he's had or will have a conversation with Mark Elliott about being on the track team here as well, because he could be a big contributor! Establishing a recruiting connection with Bullis could go a long way for both football and track.

Oh wow, I didn't see this, that's even better! Did he transfer high schools? I had noticed a separate profile with the same name and class, but I wasn't sure it was him because it was a different school/location.

Just noticed on 247 it said he indeed transferred from Purcellville to Potomac, so you're correct, that is the same guy. So his outdoor 200m PR is even faster, 21.18, and his 100m best is 10.44. Both of those as a 10th grader. Insanity. Thanks, clemsonbru !
