The conference was better when you played everyone once in football and twice in hoops and you had som regional interest. Flying across the country to play in front of 5,000 at Stanford is incredibly embarrassing just like their excuse for a band

I know they are a member in other sports, but this is [ahem] the football championship trophy, no? It's not like a general logo or ensigna that represents the conference in general . . . it's a football trophy. ND is not in the conference.

How are they going to use this for baseball? Syracuse and SMU don't have baseball teams or Gymnastics when it's only Clemson, Pitt, UNC, NCState, Stanford and Cal.
