Thanks for the article.

Yesterday, Wesco made a post (was it on X?) that he was returning. Any formal word yet from Moore?

How about Tyler Brown? It’d be very good news if he de decided to stick around. He’ll be targeted a bunch in our offense next year..

I thought the WR trio was already assured? Glad we have so many returning successful pieces to our run next year.

Go Tigers 🐅

We got the starting trio of Williams, Wesco, and Moore. Add a healthy Tyler Brown back in there, 6'5" Tristian Smith, and I hope we get Marquis Henderson in there somewhere as a guy moving around in the slot and backfield. We have to use every impact player and game breaker we have.

There hasn't been much said about him yet, but we have an elite TE that redshirted this past season, and I expect him to become one of the best TE's that we've seen at Clemson maybe ever once he gets the feel for college ball in Christian Bentancur!!!

110 Society (our NIL collective) announced they signed a deal with Moore (along with the other key players) so I assume that means he’s staying? Nothing is given in the current landscape of CFB but that hopefully solidifies him for next season.

Next season all comes down to 2 things. Rushing offense and rushing defense. Any semblance of either late in this season would have been an entirely different result and I believe we'd still be playing football or would have gotten a bye in the playoffs.

One outlet had Blake Miller leaving, but I think they meant Marcus Tate. Does anyone know for sure?

You are 100% correct. For many years it has been a dominant Defense and an anemic Offense (especially the OL) that has been our forte'. This year, our offense was pretty good, but our Defense was substandard, and it showed. It'd be great to have both firing on all cylinders at the same time. I really have no confidence in our DC, and the jury still is out on our OC. Dabo has a few critical decisions to make, and they need to be made post haste if we want to play in the big picture for the crown again.

Agree, but the OC now realizes that giving the ball to Cade to throw first is the strength of our Offense!
Seems like we are always in ‘Prevent’ Defense? Not playing aggressively as a unit!

Go Tigers, Whoop LSU!

Of course, Clemson will go only as far as the OL takes them. Despite a slew of injuries, the OL made huge strides this year and there is every reason to believe they will be better next year. The year has shown that we need to be at least 10 deep on the OL, but I think we have the horses to do that. If Gideon Davidson is anything close to what ETN was at his debut, Clemson offense should be great.

Agreed! Still, the Defense needs to start back playing like we all became used to seeing when BV was in charge.

Looking for the offense to make strides and average more than the 30.8 pts per game they did in 2024 (I don't count the App state game or the Citadel game). If the offense can average 110 to 125 yards rushing in every game then this could be a very potent offense. GO TIGERS

I know and understand that our OL is the part of our offense that most Tiger fans worry about almost every season, but IMO next season we can do worrying about our OL Matt Luke starting his second season with all of the spring, instruction for the players in the off season and fall camp and I'm thinking we will most likely see one of the best OL's that been at Clemson in a long, long, L O N G time. With this past season redshirts with just about the entire starting line up being back next season, we should see a ton of points scored by our offense next season. Go Tigers, it's time for a barn burning offense for our Tiger team next season!!!
