Well…..take El Cid for granted if you wish and well wish later that we weren’t so “casual” lauding a bunch of reserves that haven’t shown anything when they hit the field earlier in the Season.

It's my opinion that if they really want to see what our future could look like, they should strip all the starters from both sides of the ball and see what the future can do on their own against a not very good Citadel team, and without any help from the starters putting up a safe score of 30-35 points before the future team takes over.
If we look at it the way that it really is, our future is made up with talent that teams like the Citadel usually don't stand a chance of bringing into their program. So why not line them up against the Citadel and see what they can do, and the coaches could see if some of them should be replaced before to much time is invested in them and knowing they would never get that much back from them...

I agree, BUT… I remember where I was when the Dogs beat SCar BOTH times. (A glorious day for sure!) I’m not certain that, were I head coach (and I cringe for all Tiger fans at the thought) I would risk my job on a noble experiment.
As a fan, I want both, a decisive win and to see the walk-ons get a few 4th quarter snaps.

For the past several years, we have lowered ourselves to our competition. Teams that we should blowout, we have let them hang around. I expect the same today. We will take The Citadel for granted and sleep walk through the first half. Hope I am wrong but I have very little confidence in this team. Dabo has a lot of work to do in the off season concerning coaches. Whether he will do what is needed is doubtful because he is loyal to friends and relatives. I sure hope this team proves me wrong in the next 2 games but, as you can tell, I am disappointed in far we have fallen on both sides of the ball.

For the record, I can provide you with stubs from 6 Season tickets and two parking passes. No hotels as I don't require one and no tuition receipts because I wouldn't pay for college due to the GI BILL also, not an IPTAY member anymore but my grandfather was from 1950-2012.
