Yeah that was polarizing. It did give that vibe. I love country music, but I love 80s rock, hair metal, reggae, jazz, pop, and even a good bit of today's music. I respect all genres of music. Well besides mumble rap, I do not understand it.

Bingo, that's it, he tries really hard to convince the public that he is something that he really isn't bc he don't know how to relax and just be who he is deep down. Maybe he doesn't feel good about who he is away from the public!!!!

You're not the only one, and I will promise you that bc there is something about him that gets under my skin!!! Wilie Nelson isn't a good singer by no means, but he is a H&11 of a song writer, BUT, long before I knew about the music he liked, he was getting under my skin!!!

Waylon Jennings. Seriously the condescension is just a bit too much. Yeah you tore it up at NorthWestern High but the Coaching graveyard is littered with many a coach who ran roughshod over high level high school competition and could not find sustained success in big boy football. We'll start with Gerry Faust from Moeller High, Todd Dodge, Tony Sanchez, Gus Mahlzahn, Briles, the Chad etc.

I'm not a big fan but how much the players like him and how well he coaches is more important. He had a few interviews that were pretty obnoxious when we struggled the last two years. He doesn't seem to try to endure himself to Tiger Nation very much.

I honestly don’t understand why TNet keeps shoving these fluff pieces about Kyle down our throats. From claiming to have run the same offense in HS to this, among other silly stories, he’s either an idiot savant or just a pretender. This hire never made sense to me, but it was masked by the Skreeter debacle.

To be fair to Richardson, Allen developed nicely with a below average QB that couldn't throw downfield passes with consistency. Still never saw something that made me like him as a person, but this year will show with the change in offense and the TEs becoming more involved in the passing game.

He ran the same offense and won state titles with it ( I was there for most of the wins) and there are a number of is players in the NFL Everyone has their opinions but lets see how the season plays out .

Ok I guess I can understand someone not caring for todays country music but its hard to beat Brooks & Dunn, Alabama, Garth Brooks, and George Strait. Also i do not consider Willie Nelson as "country", to me hes southern rock, same as Lynyrd Skynyrd or Allman Brothers.

I do not think it triggered anyone young man. It was more the statement that was made against a genre of music. None of us believe that young people are listening to old country music. As usual, you show your ignorance and your age and the ability to be offended.

His music preference is soft and cheesy. Fans just don’t like how he comes off as a condescending ### in all of his interviews.

Again, reading comprehension. The music thing isn’t a big deal, even though it’s laughable. He says stupid things in his interviews, like last season that fans should be “grateful that we’re not in the Tangerine Bowl” and to basically shut up and like how the team was playing. And yes, I’ve met the guy.
He was also DJ’s passing game coach. That ended well.

I'm guessing that Bama listens to some sort of LBGTQ artists, or inbred hillbilly music, and UGA has live from folsom prison on a loop, obviously.

UGA hits hard, so I doubt Cash. But maybe they understand what music sounds motivational or gets the adrenaline pumping, like Tool or Rush, or many other possibilities. Pretty ####### sure they aren’t listening to Whitney Houston and no offense to the average Tigernetter, but country doesn’t typically fall in that category either. Doesn’t matter what you like personally, it’s about the emotions induced from the sound. Some stuff works, others don’t.

not liking country music doesn't make you "cool". It makes it look like you're trying to be cool. There is good and bad music in all genres. Sound like a child acting like you would walk out if country music came on.
