As usual, Dabo sticking to his guns with solid reasoning to back up his position. He has said several times that Fridays are for high school football and his points about students and recruits maybe having to leave home on Thanksgiving to attend are very valid reasons not to do this. It isn’t all about TV ratings.

Also that is Upper State final week and it is wrong to play on a night that so many high school players have been working toward and to pretty much whip out all there home field advantage just because a Billion are company want to get there way. I say screw the billionaires bunch of arrogant ###### if you ask me. AS others have said we are supposed to help a conference that never lends a hand to help us out.

That is the reason that the FB program has done so well under Dabo, and it's bc he thinks about his players, the school and students along with the city before he will consider anything else. That's his comes first and everything else is second...

Glad Dabo stood his ground. USuC still owes us a home for their made up covid whine and we didn't get that home game against them. Our administration did not demand pay back which was disappointing.

I agree 110% with Coach Dabo of his stance on this. I am glad he said how he felt about it and the reasons why. Heck with you ACC/ESPN! I am glad Graham Neff asked Dabo.
