My dad took me to see us play them in the Gator Bowl in late 80s and I’ll never forget the impression that sloppy band made.

The boos will be louder than they will be. Their band is rude, classless, and tasteless. They will offend almost everyone there that day. You think UVa's band is worthless?... just wait. They will intentionally pi$$ every southern born Tiger fan that stays for halftime. We will loath them before the season is over.

There is online learning to keep up. But nothing replaces the classroom experience whether it be Stanford or Clemson

A lot of the college classroom experience hasn't made it back since Covid. There's a lot of "elearning" taking place even with on campus students.

Me too I love the new in ACC. As Tiger fan is 60 years hope ACC beats Clemson and FSU in court. Stanford in WBB and SMU in MBB. Soccer will rock too with new teams

Remember watching them play late Saturday nights sometimes when all of the important games had already been played here in the eastern part of the country. Would pull for them when Jim Plunkett was their QB. But that's a different story now. I'm sure i will come to dislike their mascot, a tree, really? Tigers need to sharpen an axe.

You can make fun of them, but I think Stanford gives us a good game. Not sure what they have this year, but historically they have had some great players & pretty good teams. I ‘ll be in the Valley, go Tigers!

Coming to Clemson will be a once in a lifetime experience for some of their team members. We have a full stadium and a beautiful campus and football stadium. Their guys will take it all in, and we hope some may have younger brothers and cousins who are great prospects, and we get them because of the experience.

is anything like theirs in 1987, that I saw in our Gator Bowl game against them, I hope it travels to DV.
Our crowd laughed throughout their performance, joking, "Typical West Coast Space Cadets," as it was uproarously hilarious and certainly not what you'd expect: no formations, each member running in whichever direction they chose, yet doggone talented with the tunes. In fact after the game, which we won, we saw several Cardinal band members and congratulated each on the performance. I clearly recall one response, "Like wow dude...Thanks, man!" LOLOLOLOL......
The only negative thought I have is the situation college sports has been placed wherein teams have to travel so darn far to compete...a tremendous failure in leadership from powers-that-be. Stanford ought to be competing against regional rivals, as we and every other school in this nation should.

Stanford was garbage, then they hired Jim Harbaugh. David Shaw ran with it before he and his smug attitude ran it into the ground. Now, it’s garbage again
