Play your gaps and shed your blocks. Use some run stunts and don't just stunt on passing downs. Whatever is done the tacking has got to get better and start wrapping up and not just hitting the guy. This is going to be tough this week. We have to score touchdowns in the red zone. They are great at blocking kicks. Fix the FG and punt protection. My recommendations which are just things in my head right now. Go Tigers. I am with you whatever happens Saturday. Thank you Dabo for all you do for Clemson, both in football and as a gentleman.

I haven’t been this concerned about the Coots winning in a long time… especially at home.
If they run through us liken citadel did Wes has to go.

Does it ever get old or tiresome just always seeing the bad in all things Clemson? Yeah yeah I know reality blah blah blah.. but the Tigers do a lot of good too but you could not tell it from this site especially the boards.

Clemson has shown when healthy they will stop the run, Capehardt, Page, Woods, and Parker, along with Woodaz and Carter, and Mickens, this front 7 will shut down the run. This front will also be in Sellars face and will put pressure on him. Cade, Mafah and the WRs & TEs will score on this team as well. Calling it now Clemson 31 Chickens 13.

I like where your head is, but I see it more of 35-28 Clemson. And we ain’t gonna beat them kicking field goals, I can assure you that. I think we can hit them with a couple early scores then they’ll get back in the game, and we then pull away in the third-quarter, and they’ll make a charge late to keep it close

We need Woodaz back. If he’s full strength, then we can make up for Capehart and Mickens being out.
For OL, we absolutely must have either Tate or Leigh back and full speed.
The above are minimum requirements for us to have a realistic chance of winning.

Imagine going from being an analyst to a coordinator and getting $1.4 million salary. Changes have to be made during the off season. Do you promote Rumph, Reed, or Eason or go after a top DC at another college?

We can't survive another internal hire. If the assistants are not able to offer pointers on how to hold the Citadel to less than 288 yards rushing then we need to look outside. With the trajectory of recruiting it's starting to get ugly. Will hope for a miracle and their best effort on Saturday.

1st, I really love Sammy Browns game, his hustle, his hitting and speed, BUT, yesterday he was out of position a lot of the middle runs. I think he is trying to do too much… I know he was King Cheese innHigh School and those habits may be hard to shake. But I want him on the field, but doing his job and not trying to do every one else’s.
Also D Ends closed way too fast toward the QB and let the option get outside of them. Hopefully, we get it fixed by Saturday.
I’m not a Wes Goodwin fan, but we have to go with what we’ve got!!! After the season, I do think it needs to be evaluated and if change will help then we need to HIRE a Good DC!!!

Wes is the LB coach…& all of our LB’s are constantly out of position, especially when opposing teams send someone in motion that an LB is supposed to pick up. We saw it in the Georgia game and for some reason it seems we don’t get better. That is on Wes.
