It’s unlikely to happen. We should see disinflation (the rate of inflation dropping), but deflation isn’t likely.

You probably won’t even see inflation drop.

A litany if economists have already said if he pushes through with his Tariff hike that it’ll wreck the US & Global economy and there’s no way the Federal Reserve will lower the inflation rate.

We should start talking about all the things economists have been wrong about—like completely missing the 2008 recession, wrongly predicting a recession in 2023, failing to foresee the housing bubble, and misjudging the dot-com bubble. Time and time again, they continue to be wrong more often than they are right when it comes to predicting economic trends. Mainstream economists are just as unreliable as the media; they’ve bought into a narrative and manipulate economic models to fit the story they want to tell.

You think the Nobel is some sort of wisdom reward? They gave one to Obama when international diplomacy after he had been in office for just 8 months. The Nobel is just a giant game of soggy biscuit for woke progressive ideologs.

What exactly should cause disinflation? Tariffs increasing the price to produce goods? Or deportation of cheap labor increasing the price to produce goods? There's no part of Donald Trump's economic plan that reduces price of consumer goods for American citizens.

If and when the egg producers can re-establish their broods that were wiped out 1.5-3 years ago we may see a reduction in the price of eggs.

Expect Modelo, and other Mexican beers cost to rise. Check with "The Modelo Recruiter" and see if he can get you the Fan discount on the Especial!

Not sure about other Mexican beers, but, unless it changed recently, I believe Anheuser-Busch's Modelo is still "Hecho en Mexico" in the Tacuba area of Mexico City where the water has it's "distinctive character" so to speak.
With the expected tariffs, AB may decide to move the brewery to avoid increasing the price. Bartender...another round for everybody!
