Season tickets

So I'm an orange level donor. I have never bought season tickets before, but this year I figured why not. So made my pledge and the corresponding donation. Applications opened up on the 1st and are due by the 29th, but every link I see takes me nowhere. And my Iptay account does not give me any season ticket options. It still says applications open on the 1st. What am I doing wrong?

Call IPTAY. I was having similar issues while on vacation last week so I called them today and did it all over the phone.
