New "classic rock" bands?

I know a lot of us are older and into 70s and 80s rock, but it's always nice to hear new stuff that has that sound.

Just heard of a band today with a great 70s rock sound - The Band Feel. Listening to them now on Spotify. Really unique sound. Hard to narrow them down to one sound or like one artist.

Some others:
Dirty Honey (Zeppelin meets Black Crowes)
Greta van Fleet (lots of Zeppelin influence)
Mammoth WVH (Eddie van Halen's kid, Wolfgang - need I say more? Has his own sound, though, but definitely influenced by his dad and 90s rock/alternative; great musician - two albums so far and he's played all the instruments on both, kind of like Dave Grohl with early Foo Fighters)

Any other new/current bands with a classic rock sound & feel?

My son is an artist in Nashville and his music has the classic rock vibe. His grandfather is in the Football HOF: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_mN4YPQihisLdibeaBAp3OdIlGiE60biIM&si=hsrjI2wh2VauaACN

Is there a Spotify station which plays all of these bands?

I just searched and found a playlist called "Southern Comfort" that says it's "Modern southern rock swagger served neat."

The best bet that I've found is just to go to an artist's page - like these guys, The Band Feel, and then play their artist radio, which is typically similar artists and styles. It's always a little hit and miss with similar stuff, and that stuff is also kinda subjective, but that's usually what I do. The Band Feel Radio, Dirty Honey Radio, etc.

Rival Sons
Blackberry Smoke

In particular, I think that Rival Sons is always underrated, they have a pretty expansive catalogue at this point and their singer is fantastic.

King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard is a really popular, clear throwback:

I think they're done now, but loved Admiral Sir Cloudesley Shovell when they were around. And I love that their name is even more absurd than King Gizz:

I think their music sounds most like Foreigner, with a little Boston influence here and there.

Vocally - I can't pin him down. Maybe Robert Plant without the whiny high notes?

Great thread. My rock songs were on the major FM stations, then they were on the 'oldies' stations, now they are playing at the grocery store, next I'll hear them on elevators. Sheesh.

You gotta dig a little deep, but there's a lot of good stuff out there

Stadium Rock, like in the 70s and 80s, isn't really a thing anymore - with a few exceptions. Most of the best rock bands now will be found in relatively small clubs and venues. Those are more fun, anyway!

My son was in this band for a year or so. He had to leave them when he moved from Orlando to Atlanta. But here is a video (that he produced) for a song he helped write and produce.

The Steel Crows were/are trying to revive classic and hard rock. My son was the drummer and keyboardist in that song and video.

Here he is in another one of their songs as a guitarist.

Stumbled on another one today

Goodbye June is the band. Vocals are kind of like AC/DC but music reminds me of the Rolling Stones with just a little more crunch. Specifically, the song "Three Chords."

Looks like most of the "new classic rock" is more blues rock, or southern rock, but still musically true to the spirit of classic rock.

Found them listening to Mammoth WVH Radio on Spotify, FYI.
