Because the Trump admin said please, pretty please stop this. I mean imagine if this guy comes back and the media gets a hold of him, let alone a civil rights attorney seeking Major damages,

Now we can not let that happen. I mean the judge was merely asking he be detained in the US until this could get sorted out, but Justice Roberts knows the score.


These guys will never come back, alive.

the executive branch should admit they made a mistake and fix it on their own.

They did admit this was a "clerical" error, but my guess is they do not want this guy in front of the cameras and dominating the news cycle, it would sway public opinion and be best for this admin if he just disappeared.
