Is it really a portal thing??

How many players would we need from the portal to compete today?

Unless Lamar Jackson or Johnny Unitas were in the portal, would it matter?

Ask all the other successful teams that use it the right way... like OSU, UGA, BAMA, Michigan

How much do you want to spend? And then it’s just a contest to see who has richest donors. So who cares?

Take all the portal players off UGA's roster and this game is at least close.

Did you hear that moron commentator say Georgia didn't use the portal much? Only 11 players. 11! May be the dumbest thing I've heard during a football game.

Not necessarily true. Some non portal players could’ve made the same plays.

I think it comes down to scheme, development, adjustments, play calls, execution, coaching.

The portal can mask some issues, but when you’re out coached, under developed, etc., most of those plays can be made by anyone.

60% portal/40% coaching. Great players can make mediocre coaches look like geniuses.

A QB would be a start. Every top team has a transfer QB

At the current moment. Just think about it. Apparently that’s the avenue to winning in this era.

Competition is needed. And that would only come from the portal since we dont

Today showed me it was more coaching than it was portal but it was both. We can't continue to ignore the portal to get good players when we really need them. But coaching today was a disaster. Unprepared and uninspired are the only words I can think of for the offense.

Had we got a QB in the portal, we might have won today

Def kept it close. Everyone knew after the spring game that Cade wasn't it.... and yet, here we are.

Yeah Clemson couldn’t use a competent QB at all
