Dabo’s childhood friend from Pelham - you know, the one whose mom made sandwiches for them after playing ball all day? Heard he schemed some great defensive plays in the dirt…out in the back yard ….in Pelham. Seems to fit the criteria.

It's weird, we had no haters when we won 2 Natty's, and now you turn on him and the other coaches. His defense is going to finish in the top 10 of about every statical category. Why would ge be fired? You folks are crazy. He went too soft yesterday right before the half. Other than that, he called a great game!

which was the bowl game, he’s not called an aggressive game and gotten consistent pressure on opposing qbs. Before he took over, that was a staple to our defense.

What is the deal with the goodwin crap I’m reading all over this board… do you ppl actually pay attention to the games or just like to hear yourself say crazy things? Seriously this defense has played great for the most part I mean they didn’t score on us the second half and had like 28 yards rushing …the secondary looks miles better than last year and we are very much improved and have a lot of young talent. The defense has played good enough for us to be 4-0 but in the duke game they were on the field the entire game and put in terrible spots by the offense… this defense has been solid and I’ll be shocked if they aren’t a top 10-15 defense by the end of the year even with a big let down year and not much to play for as far the standard the last decade.

Goodwin only needs to tweak his philosophy into being more aggressive in getting after the QB. Otherwise he is good
